Cartoon Guidelines

SPORTS `N SPOKES art must have wheelchair sports and recreation theme.

• Cartoons must portray some aspect of wheelchair life.
• SPORTS `N SPOKES accepts previously published material.
• Original artwork is not returned after publication
• Material not kept on file is returned by SASE within 30 days.
• SPORTS `N SPOKES buys all rights to cartoons purchased.

Submissions should be single panel with or without gagline. Submissions should be electronic TIF or JPG format, or black-and-white hard-copy line drawings. Electronic art must be at least 400 dpi (800-1200 pixels) or 2" x 2-3".
